DIY installation in the room requires:

Install ERM switch board in the room behind planed furnitures
distributed IDC-14 flat cable around the room and connect to switches, sensors, etc.
Install IR panel in front of Audio/Video system considering future equipment in the room and right temperature measurement in the point
Connect Ethernet (LAN) UTP-8 Cable between ERM and Ethernet Switch or WiFi Router
Connect LED strips to the dimmer outputs and power supply outputs
Connect relays contacts to electrical devices (230V cables) in the room
Connect power supply
